Players who make a AAA team, must submit a signed offer of commitment from the AAA team before a refund will be issued. Once the AAA team has been verified the refund will be sent for approval and you will be notified when the refund has been completed. Once you have submitted form, your post dated cheque will be shredded. If you are fully paid for the season, the office will contact you with refund instructions once the refund request form is received.

    Offer of Commitment
    A signed offer of commitment must accompany the refund request.
