2026-27 Select Coaching Application
Thank you for considering the coaching duties of our U9, U12/13 or our U14/15 Select teams. Our select teams will be on ice once a week from November to March. They will use the ice for practice, development or for exhibition games against outside centres. They may also attend exhibition games outside of Milton and enter a tournament if outside of regular houseleague play.
I acknowledge that failure to have the mentioned Hockey Canada requirements (coach clinic, online courses and current VSC/Declaration) two weeks before ice time will result in the withdrawal of my application.

I hereby agree that I understand and acknowledge that I am responsible for ensuring compliance with the above requirements, including all applicable Rules and Regulations of Hockey Canada, the Ontario Hockey Federation, the Ontario Minor Hockey Association and Milton Minor Hockey Association.  I understand that these policies may be updated through the season and new policies may be created and that I am responsible for adhering to any such revisions and updates. I understand that non-compliance can lead to my removal as Head Coach.
