Teams- please do not submit Banking Authorization form until all signers have registered and completed their OHF Declaration for the upcoming season, along with new VSC if required .
Treasurers- reach out to info@miltonwinterhawks.com for templated letter for VSC if required. Receipt uploaded to Spordle is sufficient for opening of bank account. Once received, VSC must be uploaded to OHF for confirmation. OHF will upload your spordle account.
